These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of software products provided by Soup Logic, including Clockwise ("the Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the Service

The Service is a time-tracking and workforce management tool intended for use by businesses and their employees. Access is provided to employers ("Customers") and their authorized employees for the purpose of recording work hours, time off, and related records.

Program Description: SMS Notifications

Program name: Clockwise SMS Alerts

As part of the Service, employees may receive text message (SMS) notifications related to their time-tracking activity, including but not limited to: overtime threshold alerts, missed clock-in/out reminders, and shift status confirmations.

Message frequency: varies based on account activity and employer-configured alert settings; typically a few messages per week.
Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to opt out of messages at any time.
Reply HELP for help, or contact Dave@souplogic.com.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Account Responsibility

Employers are responsible for maintaining accurate employee records and for obtaining any necessary consent from employees to receive notifications via SMS or other channels.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soup Logic shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
