Soup Logic ("we," "us," or "our") provides software products, including Clockwise, a time-tracking application for businesses. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices regarding that information.
If you opt in to receive text messages from us, those messages may include time-tracking alerts such as overtime warnings, missed punch reminders, or clock-in confirmations. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at Dave@souplogic.com. We do not share mobile phone numbers with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your data with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Information may be shared with your employer (since timecard and attendance data is inherently shared with the company you work for) and with service providers who help us operate the platform (e.g., cloud hosting, SMS delivery), under appropriate confidentiality obligations.
We retain account and timecard data for as long as your employer's account remains active, or as needed to comply with legal obligations such as payroll recordkeeping requirements.
You may contact your employer's administrator or us directly to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to legal and business recordkeeping requirements.
